1.All complaints and claims must be made
in writing, within 5 working days of your receipt of merchandise from us.
2. No returns will be accepted
or credit given without prior return authorization.
3. You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number and it must be on the case
in order for your return to be accepted at our dock.
4. Returns must be sent back to us with prepaid freight.
5. No Returns will be accepted at our PO Box. You must send merchandise back to our warehouse.
Any COD Refusals will incur a $10.00 per box charge in addition to
regular shipping & handling fees. Fees resulting from UPS packages being
returned must be paid prior to any subsequent orders being shipped.
